I’ve already read that report, it was the first place I looked.

the report wasn’t very “telling” of what exactly he did and why he’s perm-banned, though.

It appears he was ban evading Bolt all along. It was confusing to me aswell considering Wsj really seemed like a different individual so I still don’t strike out the possibility that he was hacked or perhaps colluding with Bolt, no clue. If he really was Wsj all time along.. well played.. prick.
