The first in my opinion.
The text in the 2nd is a bit big but what do I know about text!

 

Made 2 more yesterday, I feel these are better then the Original sig.

I like the second joker one. That text kinda goes with the flow of the signature.
On your Brownesh Epic Nova one, it looks really good, but maybe more color.
On your mickey signature, I suggest not overusing c4ds and using a small amount. Try setting some on lighten and stuff.

 

Very nice, don't overuse c4ds. And also try blending them too.
The text needs to be worked on.
