They aren't hard to make...Just look at some experience table for the math portion and steal some content from another site for the things the user can do at the level.

 

It is not that easy. i tried but failed miserably. Better Google it, you will find your answers

Skill calculators are really, really easy because all it is is some math. You can even make your own simple skill calculators that have user input in java and it would only take a beginner a few hours to learn/code such a program.

 

Just google it , they are very easy to get.
