As this is my third appeal there isn't much to say that I haven't already except to quote my continuance of positive vouches. I have continued to stay well within the rules and I can't wait to have this behind us. I hope you'll see this long period of positivity as a sign my TWC is ready to be removed. I look forward to your responses and decision.
