Have you used more than 5 hours? If so then I believe RID will issue no refund.

 

I recently started botting with this again, but did the enchant for xp mode get removed or anything?
It will only enchant on regular mode for me, when I set it to enchant for xp, it just does the regular enchanting :/

 

Finally somebody else who's having that issue! I've been having that problem for a month or so now, and I'm yet to see a fix for it. Dragonstone mode will perform regular enchanting aswell, and it's kinda annoying, because I've notified RID about this two times now.

 

Yes, it was never put back in at the beginning of the new versions and I do not think RID ever implemented them back since.

 

Unforunately it's not that simple. I sent him an e-mail a few weeks ago about the bug, and he was very surprised something like that could happen. He wasn't aware of it, so yeah.

Let's hope it gets back in business soon. ^_^

 

He did, jagex changed it so you have to wait for the stones to actually respawn, so you must set other points to do, and after the stones have respawned it will go and ench then, which will eventually lead with lvl 87 ench that if you set 1200 ench with dstones, 120 alchemy and 120 telekinetic, you get the 1200 ench with 10mins of work.

Im definitely not saying it doesn't work well or it gets you banned. I just think if a player can't solve any random events it gets it might get suspicious.

 

Something went wrong with my RiD Hours, the Rid Website said I used over 200 hours in a 24 hour period. SO How can I go about getting my hours refunded? I sent an email to support, but to no avail.

Space, you will get a answer back. Rid answers all the mails, I've mailed him many times, every time I got an answer, it just may take a while.

 

ive been having this issue too, some hour are flying like that even though i didint play :S

 

There was an error for a few people with the credit timer a few days ago, that's now been fixed, and all training that day for those affected has been made free so you should have your credit available again now, with a bit extra thrown in. Thanks

aufix, this will be fixed in the next MTA update, in a few days. For now regular mode is the only mode available in enchant.

I had it 2 years ago. I was one of the first ones who received a 10 day ban of this after botting 72 hours in a row. However I achieved 99 magic. Now I'm buying it, once again

 

My accounts password was discovered by someone and he went into my account (with 200 hours!) and changed the password and email adress!!! Now when i click recover password it gets sent to his email adress. I have tried to send emails to their customer support but i get no responce. I have the transaction id for the hours from paypal, first email, first pass, account display name, account user name, account pass, and the ip it was created on! can someone help me?

 

As far as I know, you cant change email, so better just checking your trash box in email.

 

you can change the email, log in then click on account then click on change email, and when i click recover pass it says password sent to (not my email adress i registered with and i dont even know the email adress)

Just wait.. Dont think they will answer in 5seconds because they get many other emails too.
