    If that would be botnetting, then the video maker would be disconnected, too. If video maker wouldn't be disconnected, he would have turned public chat "off".

    But it's possible to get a similar result by botnetting.

    it was a glitch a while ago, been patched now
    u used a symbol using the ctrl/alt codes and it would lag the people around you, it was patched quite a while ago

    It's in my username. It's an ALT code.
    ALT+0181 = µ

    Bad coding by jagex.


    Using it would DC someone, if you had your private on then it would dc you aswell.

    You are right, it happened last year.

    My friend sold his like a week before X-Mas for 24mil I think and that was its peak, then it just completely dropped horribly and I managed to get one like 2 days before X-Mas for 13mil

    IM kicking myself. About 5-7 years ago I had an account, I bought about 1k santas when they were 5k each. I forgot username but I know the password to the account... I could be the richest guy on rs right now and have a fortune DAM IT :(
