    Okay.

    So you go to the search > Advanced search.

    You should get something like this;

    [IMG]

    Do exacly as I have tell you to in photo;

    In case you cannot read;

    In first box, You must enter your exact name.

    In second box, you choose "threads started by and Exact name"

    Third one, you scroll down and find archives. You click that.

    Now click search.

    [IMG]

    You should get that.

    You now look for a thread that has no posts in it. Example in pic above.

    Now click that thread.

    I got this

    [IMG]

    Click edit.

    Now delete whatever was inside it, and paste your vouches in it. *Look below*

    [IMG]

    Click save.

    Now it'll take you to the thread, it should have your vouches in it.
    *Pic Below*

    [IMG]

    Highlight the URL > Right Click > Copy

    When that's done, go to Quick links, and click edit Signature *pic below*

    [IMG]

    Now you should get a box like below.

    [IMG]

    Find some free space, and type in the following code

    My Vouches[/url
    *Note* You must add a ] to the end of URL for this to work.

    Where it says "YOUR URL HERE", take away that and put instead of it the URL of your thread containing vouches.

    End Result:

    [IMG]

    Whenever they click "My Vouches", they will be re-directed to all your vouches. That way, if your vouches in profile exceed the limit, you don't have to annoy everyone trying to find a place to fit them.

    Hope it was understandable.

    This guide is unneeded.
    Although this may slow down people making vouche threads,
    there is a rule: No vouche threads.
    So this is unneeded.
    And on another note, you could store it in a notepad file on your computer, and if you are worried something may happen to the file(erased, etc.) you could always send it to your own e-mail and save the e-mail, so that it never gets lost.
    5/10.

    I wouldn't say it's unneeded, there are still lots of people making vouch threads or having them in their signature, and this is a nice solution for them if they want to link others to their vouches easily.

    I know, but if people on this site were to follow the rules, none of this would be a problem.

    I don't think you got the concept of the guide right, he wasn't implying that people made vouch threads, he was telling people how to store them better.

    You don't understand.

    You're not making a new thread, merely recycling an old one that nobody looks at anymore.

    Why this is better than saving them to notepad/sending to your email:
    1) People can view your vouches without needing you to show them to them.
    2) It's quick, efficent and less haggling.
    3) Your vouches are saved onto sythe.

    If you still have a problem with it, contact me: [email protected].

    Nice guide really.

    This will hopefully stop a lot of the members from having annoying and useless vouches in their sigs and making vouch threads. There's not really much room for improvement as it's pretty straightforward.

    Only advice I can give you is to maybe crop the windows XP off the screen. It's somewhat annoying to see that but other than that, nice job.

    This guide actually helped me, lol. I had my vouches in my Middleman thread before. Thanks for this guide, pictures are good except you probably should crop them down next time so that they aren't full-screen, kind of like what Roy said.

    Anyways, nice guide!

    I've told plenty of people to do this. Just find an old archived thread and use that... Any post will do. Just use the view single post thing at that point... lol. Good guide.

    Ooh, awesome, thanks. But I can't do it because none of my threads are archived :(

    There's still hope. In the earliest step, instead of putting "Threads" tick "posts". Then click the little number in the corner and put that in url instead.

    Just use this;

    You should be able to.

    If not, just find that thread manually and edit the post. There's no reason you can't. >_>

    Try it here:

    I just tried that. I even done a search for the thread manually and couldn't edit it. I don't think you can edit posts within locked threads.
