lol, 40%+ of my school didn't come in on a ditch day a few months back. according to my friend the teachers let the kids do whatever they wanted to.

 

There was a point where in each class 40% of the kids were gone, and dozens of confirmed cases but they didn't close school.

The funny thing is that last year they closed school because one kid's parent in the middle school that feeds into our high school had the symptoms of it...

They should force all the kids to a sleepover in the gym where everyone drinks from the same bottle in my opinion. Then close the school down the next week, and the problem is gone.

Except it has no vaccine. The flu isn't that pleasant you'll be sick for a week.

 

It is worse. There's no vaccine, and some groups such as pregnant women and elderly people who would usually be fine with the flu are dying at an unusual rate from swine flu.
