i think it should be taken down . its illegal to share a persons infomation online .

Whoever said it should stay is really harsh. He shouldn't have his personal information for what his brother did.

 

It's not his name, it is his brothers. They may have the same address, but not the same first/last name. He doesn't have anything to worry about.

 

1. Its his brothers name, no ones gonna google his brother to find him, if someone really is that creepy they have better ways of finding your address.

2. He posted it in the first place. If you run around your school naked you cant just tell everyone to remove your suspension and forget about it.

3. Your brother got banned for probably a good reason, you should be glad this isnt in his criminal record. If he really didnt want the info online he shouldnt of posted it or get banned. Hope it stays up, this isnt even your problem, its your brothers who obviously wronged the community.

 

Actually, someone could get his family details, school he goes to, phone number, etc.

 

You would never face any charges for online fraud under 20$. Also the real fun would be making the person travel across the country t oappear in court if you had them formally charged.

 

Yes, with an address it's possible to obtain a phone number just by a easy google search, along with many other info.

My mother wants it off because she owns this residence and doesn't want her address along with a name with someone here avaliable upon a simple google search.

and very good point Sindre about the finding work thing, I don't think it would be cool if he were to find a job. The boss would google his name and be like "wtf he used to sell runescape gold?"

and as others said, why should I have my address on the internet due to someone else's action? Doesn't everyone at least have the right to privacy?

 

Just do it. No one needs to know that shit, perm banned or not. Remove.
