Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: The way i handled the issue was very poor and i agree with that but there are some considerations which must be taken into account.

- User was DNT'd and still he was trying to sell an account, I am the OO of the account.
- User was DNT'd for suspected recovery of an account which he sold to another customer and then he was reselling it.
- User had access to account for over an year and it was sold as an no email set account, due to which he can potentially reclaim the account. May be he already recovered the account from someone else, he was basically throwing away the account and never asked me to return the account until 6 months after sale.

All of these considerations made me very skeptical, I could refuse the account but what could stop it reselling the account to someone else? I never had the intention of not making the payment but I wanted to force him to at least refund his previous victims or the fund could go to community repayments. We all have a responsibility as a community member to make the community as clean as it can be. He couldn't lift his DNT and I kept telling him again and again to dispute it.

Anything else you wish to say: Accounts carry a great amount of risk when trading them, we always try to be as secure and that is why in last 8 years there has been almost no problems at all. Many users purchased accounts from us and are very satisfied with our services since we serve them with a much greater degree of care. We will try to improve our trading behavior as much as we can to better serve the community.

 

I can't support at this time, I'd like to believe he is just some misguided vigilante that really thought he was helping the community but I need to call hogwash on that. At any point he could have spoken to someone about how to handle this customer and probably wouldn't have been resolved with no report.
