{SUGGESTION} Social Credit system

Hey sithdotorg users I'm suggesting we add a social credit system similar to China. If your looking for ways to implement it Richard can just ask Xi JinPing since the two are great friends and I'm sure he can give some ideas on ways to implement it.

Examples, Of Losing credit:
Scanning -5
Being a member of staff -150
New spam forum user -120
Having friends -100
Being @Dev Zach -150,000,000

Examples, Of gaining credit:
Scanning then giving some of the profits to the mods +25
Shitting on Ex Mods +10
Giving me your sythe gold +100 per gold given to me
Annoying mods +50
Spam reporting random posts +500

Let me know what you think of this idea and on ways we can improve it
