I'd like to quote that while they haven't necessarily scammed me, my order is overdue to start by four days after waiting 11 days - so it has now been two weeks total since I paid. Their website reflects a 4-5 day waiting time. I enquired about this and got no response, therefore I'm no longer satisfied to be buying from this service as it's quite unprofessional to leave customers in the unknown. AlexanderSales has been online multiple times and has yet to get back to me, making me very uncomfortable about using FancyHire.

Firstly, we will attempt to improve our communication moving forward, I will ensure this feedback is taken onboard and that we strive to respond faster in the future and keep everyone in the loop regarding their orders etc.

For some context, FancyHire handles hundreds of messages daily and it's not an easy task to consistantly meet everyone's expectations. It seems on this occasion we have not met your expectations.

Also would just like to add, as shown by your evidence screenshots. The expected start was 30th September and you agreed to our terms, which is a requirement for all orders. I want to highlight this in particular:

"Refund Requests - If you request a refund, we can process this if the order hasn’t already started and if you give us reasonable notice. You’ll receive redeemable credit via our in-house credit system."

The refund request is not within reasonable notice and you would likely be provided the option of in-house credit or in your case your order starting today along with compensation for the delay, in which we provide for delays of all types.

Please in future ensure you communicate with your service provider your expectations fully and don't jump the gun and raise a dispute on Sythe. Your order would have likely started today along with free service compensation for the delay, which is default practice/policy for us at FancyHire.
