Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:


Hello, I hope you are having a great day,

I am here to dispute a TWC I received in regards to the post mentioned above. A Sythe member that was DNT'd, dmed an old Discord tag I had, I went into some financial trouble and cancelled my card and lost Discord Nitro, then it changed my tag to a randomized number. I finally managed to get Discord Nitro and changed my tag immediately and updated it everywhere. I forgot to update it on one thread, which is my mistake. The person who got supposedly scammed said that he dmed my old tag, and the imposter scammed him a large amount of gold. We hadn't even started to get much clients apart from loyal members from the past, and this person came asking us to refund him the BTC he supposedly lost which we don't even know in the first place if he actually got scammed or not. I disagree with the TWC decision because it really affects us as a Sythe merchant in terms of people don't even click the links and they just assume a TWC is something bad and that affects our reputation, we are an honest group of people that are trying to make a living and because of someone's lack of caution on making a trade they got scammed, which I can promise you all on everything I hold true that no one in my staff team or including myself or anybody I know scammed that person.

This TWC really affects our income of clients and gets us less orders, less clients, and affects our business overall and we just got incorporated in Delaware and have big plans and are dreaming big but this has definitely affected our stream of clients and I would appreciate it from the bottom of my heart if this could be removed. I learned from my mistakes, lost a lot of clients for my lack of double-checking all my threads for mistakes in tags.

P.S. I am not trying to blame anybody here, it was my fault on not double
checking the Discord tag and because of that someone got scammed. I just tried to explain the situation the best I can. I know what it is like to be scammed and I understand how the person who reported felt and I learned from my mistakes, we learn from mistakes and I will now double check the tags constantly. I know this could have been avoided if I had double checked everywhere which I forgot to do. The TWC has also been a constant reminder of this and I’m sure this won’t happen again. Thank you.

 

I'll support. Hopefully between @Zora's post and you having a TWC for the past month you realize what your responsibilities are. If this happens again the punishment will be much more severe.
