Help?

I got this 4k msp code from a friend and when I try to redeem it, it says that the retailer of the store has to first activate it .. what do i do .. ? Friend says he already paid for it.

 

The cashier at the time probably forgot to activate the card. Just find out which store he bought it from and ask them to activate the card. It doesn't have to be the exact store, just another target or best buy or whatever.

It was probably stolen. Make sure you have the receipt if you're going to go try and get it activated.
