Thats one way how they did it, also some ppl got banned (including me lol ) for having their RS username as the RID username.

I dont remember if it was v2 or v3, but in those days Jagex somehow got em RID said this long time ago in the other thread.

 

Think the bots need an update.. new RS update today.. Graphic changes..

if you have botted 700 hours in a month then ur breaking the guideline especially considering there are barely 700 hours in a month.

 

i haven't botted 700. i have gone from 300-2 hours. so 298 hours. no one ever said 700 hours owain
Also, this bot is glitched. For alchemy. idk bout any of the others. it works for a few min. then logs out, back in. repeats.

 

There was a small graphic change in today's RS update, the bot has been updated to 4.52, Alch should be back to normal now.

 

Just because i'd hate to see a question go un answered.. I believe that Jagex used reverse engineering to get RID usernames, or was that for the first version of the auto responder? Idk just remember something about "reverse engineering"

 

At v.4.52 the bot doesn't recognize when your invetory is full, it will just keep on collecting stuff.

The only way Jagex could work out an RID username now is if they tried to register the same RID username on robotzindisguise.com and got the 'username taken' message. But back in the day, because it's not really a problem unless you have the same RID and RS username, RID usernames weren't encrypted during transit and one theory after a few people, all of whom had the same RID and RS username, got banned was, that Jagex were packet sniffing, it wasn't ever confirmed though.

There was a separate incident, at around the same time, with the first version of the auto-responder, where the code for it was reverse engineered and pasted on some website. That same week, people started getting banned, and several J-Mods were sighted each day at the MTA. The auto-responder was moved over to the servers shortly after, where it became safe from analysis, possible to 'moniter' conversations, and vastly improve the code.

 

My Bot isn't doing anything in telekinetic when it logs on it just shuts down automatically please fix this cuz i had this bot for atleast a year and its unlimited

 

hey i have a question about the bot and proxies. if i connect my machine to a proxy and run the bot on firefox will it appear as if my character is training at the proxy location, and will i get banned for this?
