Hello,

I had a recent transaction with a buyer. He offered to buy my account for $4,200; good account, but obvious scam. I had him claim and cancel. Later, he called his bank and had the payment reverse like usual. Before he done that I had bought a ton of shit on ebay; seeing as long as payment is received, they still have to ship my item even if my balance goes negative. The next day, I woke up and the dispute went in my favor! All that money = mine The problem is, they limited my account access until I can provide some info.

Three things needed to unlock

Provide tracking info to insure he received what he bought

- I have this covered, I am going to ship out a box with something in it and get electronic confirmation.

Provide new phone number

- Have this covered and have updated it

Provide credit or debit card

- Now the problem with this is, the paypal account is under two names, my name, and the primary owner Tyler Stach which I am no longer available to contact, (lost number, cant find him, etc.. he let me use his account for my transactions)


I need a virtual credit card (VCC) in his name and address. This can be obtained by purchasing one online through paypal, or by your custom method.


I can screenshot my balance and any other information you need.



Things I can offer - Decent amount from my paypal once it gets unlocked, or I have several high level RS accounts with good amounts of GP on them, (one with 269M), which I can prove in-game.



I ALSO need a blackberry pearl 8100 unlock code (which account is inactive because of non-payment), I am going to use an AT&T Sim card which has service. This can also be purchased online via paypal or cc.

Listen m8, I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but I'm going to be honest. Setting up a credit card in another person's name is identity theft, which is a felony. This goes waaay beyond any runescape botting, selling accounts etc.

I hope you get to keep the money, this scammer deserves to lose it all.

Ok, here's my tip: get on the phone to Paypal and say that you've moved house. They'll ask you for you're OLD address so say that you can't remember because the address you used has been recommissioned by the council.
