    Detailed description of the events that took place: I sold this account to @thuk nasty. He had this account in his possession for 7months before the account got stolen/hijacked/recovered (while in my email the entire time). Account is now recovered back to @thuk nasty and I offered refund.

    Why you disagree with the decision:
    1. Our TOS stated that I will not be responsible for anything that happens after 6 months after the sale.
    2. @thuk nasty had account long enough to be able to recover it by himself with his new info (passwords, bank pins, membership by card/paypal/cash/bonds) + IP priority. Yes its possible @video

    That's not offering a refund, 'potentially' is a pretty lame thing to say when your account was recovered so quickly. You should've immediately offered a cash refund
