its easy... u just do flash3:wave2: then turn on ur caps and do O(ALT+0151)O(ALT+0151)O(ALT+0151)O(ALT+0151) and do the alt 0151 4-5 times between the o's and itll scramble.

Somthing is telling me this kid watched the video I linked and wrote out the exact instructions. -_- If he really knew how to do it and it didn't work he wouldn't have posted that...I have a laptop so I can't test it.
