Xbox 360 HELP!!!! PLEASE

My friend let me use his gamer tag, it had 10k microsoft points, to download all maps from the games i play, so i downloaded them on his account, how do i get them to my account, their on my harddrive, but i switch back to my profile it still says download maps. I went to my memory settings in my harddrive, and it says i have them all downloaded. I need help bad thanks to anyone with a bit of information, im just wondering really if i have to get microsoft points on my gt, or if there is anyway i could transfer them or whatever.

 

hmmm thats intresting. I think if their on your hardrive you should be able to use them. Try wiping your Gamer tag from the ssytem , and then recovoring it. It may help.

 

Try using a transfer cable? put them on ur Computer, then wipe the put back on.... but only maps...

Otherwise you cannot.

 

oh btw.. i found out cod.. if u get maps u cant recover on a diff xbox and recover and download again some idiot bought the maps then tried to let me do that lmao.

 

From what I understand, you recovered an account with maps that you didn't already have, and want them for your other accounts. For that you need to transfer the licenses. Not real hard.

i think if there on your harddrive your still able to play them but it will say 'download maps' as you downloaded them off someone elses profile

 

You need a license, you can do a license transfer (I beleieve once a year) but he you friend will no longer have the maps.

 

I've done this sort of thing before, for example when I downloaded GT4 expansion on the 360. I was able to copy, from a different profile to another.
If their extra maps it will prompt you once you change your GT.

 

Ahahaha, This is very easy. what you do is when you downloaded them onto your hardrive pres your big "x" button in the middle of your controller then click account management. then when this is done click download history they should be in their. then when you have done that just download the maps and then you will be able to play on them
