Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
The ban was originally for ban evading, which has been my kryptonite so far.
Then the scam report was posted which blew way up because of my own stubbornness but everything has been repaid as soon as i lost all contact with the victim. I don't disagree with the DNT but the ban was originally for 3 months which would be nice if we could go back to that.

I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes and i'm not asking to be unbanned from the market any time soon but i would like the ban to be lifted. I don't have a perfect record but i've done more good business then bad business and still try to do the right thing when i can.
I also fully acknowledge a mod can refute this dispute as its been a month+ since the ban.

I've also taken a ton of time to read and understand the rules as best as i can.
