Which violation you are reporting the user for: Out Sourcing Jobs

If the service you offer is outsourced or done by someone other than you, you MUST inform the buyer either through your Terms of Service or in Skype/PM. Failure to follow this rule would grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences. Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: This will be a bit long just because of the references but ill do my best to make it clear.

In these reports here it is acknowledged by SYI and SandKing the job was outsourced by SandKing to his own server from SYI server and admitted in a pm from Montoya, the worker goes by Mago0 ( Dounting ) without the customer agreeing to or knowing until after the scam happened.

These reports are relevant to this report for the context alone, SYI states “the truth finally comes out” in reference to Montoya outsourcing the work without telling customers. I feel this was entirely missed in the reports. This was all settled for the most part and most parties have moved on since, until a few days ago someone from their server reached out to me asking if “moving jobs from one server to another is allowed) where I explained to him it is allowed if the customer is told and agrees to this, I assumed he was asking because SYI and SandKing share their workers still ( Dendi, Cesar, Montoya18, Roshi) SYI pm’d one of his workers asking if he is able to do COX

A few days later, when I assume SYI couldn’t find a worker went to Montoya to find someone who can do it, Montoya has 0 COX pricing in his server anywhere. I know this because I built his entire server and since I left, he has only added infernal capes and 6 jads.

It doesn’t make any sense for Montoya to post anything raids related when his workers can’t do raids at all and his best pvm’er hasn’t had a pvm job in months. There is also no price posted or pricing discussed by his workers for the 10 cox runs and this lines up with his previous jobs posted from SYI server the he took and outsourced and was admitted too by SYI and SandKing

As I don’t feel I can report them for trying to out source the work, after I had a clearer understanding of everything and he rules these 2 incidents I am reporting them for:

There is over whelming evidence this group of players have absolutely no interest in the safety of the community and their constant lies are nothing but a threat. Some examples are: The ticket from SYI server where Montoya or SYI don’t tell the customer its being out sourced. [hidden] Montoya telling SYI that the individual who scammed Daisies is going to starve [hidden] Not even a couple months after this scam took place, the same worker who scammed Daisies is sitting in Montoya’s cousins server (DavidTheBig) as a worker: [hidden] This group of individuals are liars at minimum and are the most dishonest people I know. These guys will help each other ban evade any ban or DNT given to them. They have all lived together in apartments and will continue to scam players. I mean if these guys gave a shit about the market and the rules, why would their worker be posting an account for sale in David’s server when it isn’t an open market server? [hidden]

The evidence is over whelming and just because these individuals are from Venezuela doesn’t give them some sort of immunity to pass jobs and peoples accounts around from one person to another. Although it seems like these individuals get some sort of immunity when Rune Dragon sends Montoya $4,000.00 for accounts but ends up delivering 1 or 2 accounts. [hidden]
