    Your first statement is contradictory. What are you talking about there? Are you saying you can get IP banned or you can't? People have been IP banned before, as mentioned in the news articles regarding RWT. The second one is completely true. To the OP, you can't write information like this without a screenshot of proof. Lastly, Jagex Mods do have personal accounts which they play on, MMG has a lvl 90 account, so it might be possible that his friend managed to get 6 accounts, but it is firstly, unlikely that they would have accessed those personal accounts at Jagex HQ, and secondly, it doesn't sound true at all.

    Why would it be impossible to get IP banned from Runescape? You can IP banned from Sythe you can get IP banned from anywhere.
