Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
A worker made a mistake and got 3 defence on a customers pure account during a service of ours, he accepted our Terms of Service that we were not liable for the event. However normally we would have compensated the customer either by refunding or working out a solution. Unfortunately this customer decided to spit at us and our worker (also in previous tickets) and hence i did not feel that i needed to be accomodating and put my feet down, basically standing by the Terms of Service.

Anything else you wish to say:
We have gotten multiple TWC's due to workers on Sythe which has been due to terms of service issues or scams of workers. We have increased our security measures and changed our terms of service in the process, and will make sure to handle disputes with customers/workers more professional rather than hiding behind our terms of service.
Our reputation on Sythe has taken a hit because of the TWC's however i will make sure to do everything in my power to restore our reputation. I am now pursuing this business full time and have more time to put into management of my workers, which has led to no issues over the last 2 months.
