Hey there, I bought a med level main from davethebig#5739 (491448514451341315) his uid. I paid 50 dollars paypal and also 395m osrs gp. Back April. I took a break sometime early mid June.. I was gonna try to sell the account back to him and he said he would buy it but then when I tried to log in I couldn't. I thought I forgot my password I tried to reset it and noticed it didn't come to my email.. then I realized I have scammes.so I messaged him and he has taken a long time to reply one time and then he isn't replying any more. I have all the screen shots I will be posting them that will explain everything. He claimed he was the oo. All the pictures will show.

Sorry for not answering, on Monday I had a traffic accident and had 2 fractures in my hand, it is hard for me to write since I also had a dislocation in my wrists


I am trying to recover the account but I need 24 hours to make several attempts, since I am 100% that nobody can recover this account

 

proof that I am not responding to most messages due to my accident

 

Still hasn't helped out yet.

 

I really would like a refund. Because I don't feel like the account is secure Anymore and I did lose money (gp) on the account

 

I cant refund the gold until I make sure he's not scamming himself and saying it was me, I'm trying to recover the account and I need more time I tried many attempts but it failed I thought it would take 24 hours, I'm here and I'm not gonna go anywhere

 

Still no word or anything from @davethebig won't respond or nothing I know he just had a accident. But this is crazy

 

I still cannot recover the account since I gave all the recovery data to the client, but I will try to recover them, however, I will refund 70% of the pay, since he was going to sell me the account, and by chance of life the account was recovered after I had I said that if I was going to buy it back

 

The only reason I was gonna sell it back is because I thought I still had access then I was alright with 70%. Then but know seeing how he handled this whole deal. And he claimed he was the oo. It seems like the whole deal was a lie. I just can't wrap me head around 70%

 

And also the account was recovered on June 28th.... well before I even messaged him. Like I said at the start I took and break. And I just came back like maybe a week and half ago and messaged him to ask if wanted to buy it back and couldn't log in and went to my email and realized it was recovered. I can take pictures of my emails. Proving what I am saying is in fact true.

 

the account was apparently banned, it is not shown in the hiscore ... I refuse a refund since I am not responsible for any ban, the appeal is still denied by jagex, but I have the name of the character and it does not show me the hiscore, since it was forbidden.

 

What? It was recovered from me in June 28th. Almost a whole month ago... you make no sense. What's so ever.

 

You can't even recover it. Some oo.. at the end of the day I was scammed. And your refusing a refund. Good deal.

 

And what makes me think that you were already cautious for all this?

 

What is the point of obtaining another account as a form of reimbursement? if it is known that the account was apparently recovered
