is ebay that secure?

is it safe to buy something off ebay for like $100+ when the person selling has like 0 positive feedback? and what if you pay nad they dont ship , what would happen ?

 

You dispute if you are using paypal and choose You have not recieved the goods. Duh...

 

well.. ive tried that for small items before and that didnt do much good since my paypal got limited.

 

Yea its totally legit. Ebay i trader really doesn't mean anything. You can always be fraud protected by using ebay with paypal.
