So... Opening CSGO Cases Has Terrible ROI

I'm only 2 years late to this party, I have opened a few cases and have only had 3c blues

 

I don't think so. It's just a luck. If you are really lucky you can get something really special, if no... just let it be

Have you ever gotten a knife or something really expensive? Because I used to thing this way too untill I've won an expensive and rare item when I opened meme loot box few weeks ago. It was real surprise for me but anyway made me happy

 

stay away from any lootboxes in any game tbh

 

Looking at how this thread aged it would appear that people took this very literally and the best to worst cases differ in prices with gamma being near the lowest lol.

 

I must have some stupid luck because I've opened 2 knives. I got my first knife on my 4th ever opened case (mw crimson web classic knife) A buddy told me about csgoroll so I put 50-100 bucks on it messin around. Ended up streaking some roulettes and chucked it on a case. Won a Karambit Marble Fade FN knife. Cashed out and left.

 

I tend to not trust any random game where the house is in complete control of the process. I've always just directly bought skins I've liked, rather than gamble and pray.

For what it's worth I hope this whole gaming "gambleconomy" crap dies out soon, and maybe then game studios will spend more time innovating, rather than writing up nice shareholder reports saying "our 10 year old game with no updates in 5 has made us 100m this quarter!"

 

I don’t know man I don’t think it will. There is too much money to be made and some people may not even truly know they’re just gambling.
