Hello, yesterday i purchased a account from sythe user RS Phoenix

The deal on the surface was i put a down payment of $700-800 upfront then pay $200 every two weeks until a sum total of $2500. Sadly, i found out i lost my job today and asked him if we can back out of this trade and even asked for only $600 of the 709 i sent back.

here are the Tos he has listed on the account page and what he sent me on discord.





"if you no longer want to use the account i can buy it back for agreed price"

We never mentioned or agreed to any price about a possible rebuy/sell back. I feel since i have only put down $709 of the 2500 he should have no problem sending $600 back. I feel terrible about this but this money is now much more important to me than a RS account. All he is offering me after i contacted him today is a $150 refund. Idk what your policy is with situations like this so here i am.

No "agreed price" was ever agreed from what I can see here. If the ToS agreed to were more comprehensive I could see this being ruled differently, but I think the offer of keeping $109 for the hassle of backing out of the sale is reasonable.

If you could refund Tool Schism $600 that would be great - thanks

He just got to me. He's saying he wants to wait 5 days to refund me in case of any ban on the account. What's the procedure with this?

 

Also if he gains the password back in those 5 days who is responsible if anything happens

 

You two need to work that out, but I don't see how you'd be held responsible for an account you didn't even buy. Tbh his ToS should cover all this kind of stuff.
