Report/post/reason that got you banned: Miscommunication and ignoring Bert for changing a design for the 3rd time for free while my terms of services didn't have that part where it says I do not provide infinite free designs.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: My terms of services need to be updates to avoid any of this kind of mayhem and headache over again while it's a loophole that people can exploit.

Hello,
I would like to appeal for my DNT as I believe that what happened between me and Bert was some miscommunication that lead one to another to some escalation causing a chaotic scene.
We, both, were wrong and I admit that I was wrong too, for the miscommunication part that happened and for the lack of terms of services.

When I got the DNT back in March, people already had paid me some big amounts and I had moved countries while I was busy in real life (new job/new country).
Some of them were before 2021, and designs were delayed for X reasons (not from my side, I only do web development), and when I had moved countries, I was already working (Sr. S.E - full time job) (admins can check my IPs/logs), this caused several designs to be delivered all at the same time and me being fully busy IRL, I’ve given Dejan a full refund of the website, and League Solutions as well, not to forget to mention that I’ve developed some major websites and enhanced a couple while I already had the DNT tag.

Refunded a total of: 4525$
