i think the booter can get banned not others, but they usually dont get caught

 

There are risks of getting banned but they're low if you don't boot every game. I'll be playing with you and if we start losing, we'll boot the other time. I'm a good Halo 3 Player with 4 legit 50s so we shouldnt be losing. Booting will be in cases like we're getting owned. 2 out of 6 games or 3 out of 6 games we'll boot.
