    Anxiety and depression.

In the middle of the pandemic I began to have symptoms such as lack of oxygen, accelerated heart rate, headaches and stomach pains.

At that time I felt terrible, I thought I could have Covid-19, so I went to a
Sanatorium to perform the test, after two days they contacted me and luckily it came out negative, I felt very relieved at that time.

But the next day the symptoms mentioned above were still present and I called a
doctor, he told me that he possibly had panic and anxiety attacks due to isolation
from the prolonged quarantine, I recommend taking alphazolam to relax and go
to a psychologist to talk about my problems.

I was going to the psychologist for about 5 or 6 weeks and I really felt good, I had not had any more panic attacks up to that point. when little by little they were removing
the restrictions in the country in which I reside (Argentina), I thought I had already cured
    totally.

Now with the second wave of covid the government has announced more severe restrictions to go out, these last few weeks I've been feeling the same panic attacks, anxiety, insomniac, and nerves really this is one of the worst things a person can experience, I am discouraged without wanting to do anything at all, I have tried to meet new people but with this virus it has been really difficult for me, sometimes negative thoughts come to mind.

Every day I ask myself when this is over ?, but apparently it won't be soon.

Has anyone in this community had anxiety, depression and has overcome it?

Some kind of advice would really help me a lot.

thanks for take a time to read this.

    Regards
    Jezz

    Anxiety and depression.

Life is all about your perspective on the things that happen to and around you, you can and will always find positive things in the worst imaginable situations. Stop overthinking things that are out of your control and start to focus on the things that you can change.

Get into a strict routine and force yourself to do it every day. Some days you will want to give up and quit, but remember that those days will be the most important ones. It's really imporant that you keep on pushing through the pain no matter how hard it gets.

If possible due to the restrictions there, go on walks, start to exercise, put yourself on a healthy diet and learn to cook, keep your mind busy. Feel free to pick up a book on stoicism and buddhism. Doesn't matter how many times you will fail, what matters is that you pick yourself back up and keep on goin.

    Anxiety and depression.

Know exactly how you feel mate, had the same thing from around 19 - 24, Used to get crazy heart palpitations, electric shocks, vertigo.. Basically all of the worst symptoms of anxiety, although mine came from drug abuse rather than the pandemic. But there are definitely some things you can do to help you get over it faster. These are some thing that worked for me.

First and foremost, Always remember when it comes to anxiety / panick attacks you feel fatal BUT YOU DONT DIE.

Secondly use forums, there are some really good ones available with an easy google search that will help re assure you that you are not alone.

Thirdly and this one was a real god send, Sounds cringe but, Turn on a song you know all the words to, and sing it. It helps you sort out your natural breathing rhythm and it really does help.

I wish you the best mate, and remember it will get better.
