Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

As I have explained before, we had a strong wave of covid for my workers which directly affected the services that were active at that time.

After that I had my discord targeted by competition and it was taken down multiple times and since my server was banned I lost the control for my all orders and tickets for a while until I got each of them sorted, all while I was overcoming the covid.

I apologize to all the people who were affected, I hope I could have helped everyone at that time more and prepared better for such possibilities. I would do my absolute best to prepare for situations like this and all I want to do is to be again in the community and try my best to be useful in it.
