Explanation of the trade: So back in oktober 2020 I bought an account from league solutions (ironman) for 65$. I still have access to the coinbase account I paid them with. Also I still have all the recovery info they game me upon purchase.
How they scammed: I lost the account and am unable to get it recovered. Have tried talking to them before but they are hesitant so I move this here. IMPORTANT NOTE: I used a different discord account when I bought this from them originally. That account is closed/deleted so am unable to login.

hey i answered to this a while back, and as I said - if sythe mods tell me to help you, I will. I will not deal with recoveries from new discords unless Im specifically told so by mods/admins here.

Reason being: well its a different discord than the one that bought from us, so yanno, just trynna be safe. But if you decide that I should help this man, I will, no issues from my side.

Just FYI: we did not steal his account, the post owner clarifies that, but I want to make sure everyone sees it. it was his own doing thru 3rd party that got the acc locked/stolen alongside his discord. Im just hesitant to help w recovery due to well.. not having the old discord, as screenshots like these could easily be passed to the person buying the acc from the guy we sold it to and resells are strictly against our ToS.

Can one of you guys post the ToS you agreed to when this account was sold?

 

Unless @pikodoli91 has specific tos, our normal ones ensued. I can't check what ToS was agreed to as his old discord is deleted, and this is from 9 months ago.

I am not entirely sure if we agreed on a custom ToS. However according to Sythe rules regarding ToS: "As a service provider, you must ask your customer to agree to your terms of service in writing. Terms such as "By contacting me you automatically agree to my ToS" and "By opening a ticket you automatically agree to my ToS" are NOT upheld on Sythe. However, requiring a customer to agree to your ToS before being granted access to a Discord server is valid. You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button to create a ticket." Before every trade, we ask the customer to read and agree to our ToS, and when it comes to accounts we SPECIFICALLY lay out the ToS before handing the acc. Even when someone orders services, in the message popped up by the bot when they get a worker assigned it asks them to agree to Tos.

 

Can you screenshot the ToS that were in effect at the time of this trade?

 

I cant, as the guy deleted his discord so all the chats w him were lost. I can show an example of how its done and what our normal ToS are.

if he didnt delete his discord this would’ve never became an issue

 

Without proof of the ToS that were agreed to at the time, I think it makes sense to recover the account and return it to @pikodoli91. Let me know if you have any questions @League Solutions.

 

Im always up to help recover the acc, the only issue being, the original buyer’s discord is not the same as the one that is trying to recover the acc hence this report, so just to be 100% clear - you want me to help Ted#4352 recover the acc even if it was bought from “fuc#0666” discord right? @superflouos

Piko, please provide proof that you bought this account from LS in the past. Conversations, payment details, etc. should suffice.

 

In the inital post I added my payment (coinbase to coinbase) can provide a gif if required. Added the conversation we had right before the payment (also in initial post). I opened a ticket in their server and provided them with the recovery information I got upon purchase. Is there anything else you need?

 

@League Solutions - I assume this is plenty to demonstrate that Piko is who he says he is. I have no qualms with you recovering the account as long as this information matches what you have in your records.
