when do boy's get they're period's?

i started bleeding from my johnson at the age of 10 but my son is 13 and hasn't not started bleeding from his johnson yet. when do boy's get they're perods? i have been inspecting his johnson daily for 3 years now in hope's that he will start getting his period's soon but all i see is the yellow crust. should we see a doctor about this? my grandfather alway's say not to trust the doctor's but in this case i'm am worried that my son has johnson cancer and won't be able to give birth properly. and i need a grandson
