Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I have created an sythe account on a different IP using vpn which i didn't notice it was on, i used to do multivoting on RSPS's with VPN on , when i created a sythe account i didnt notice it was on, i got TWC'd the next day then i created a new account also on vpn and then i got banned for ban evade / self vouching

i fully regret my decisions i made before,
since this has happened in the last 4 - 5 months, i have been working for EZRSPS and have gained many vouches, and he will be willing to vouch for me , gained a nice reputation and built up a very positive rep,
And my boss is happy to vouch for all the work I have done.

I agree with Andy and everyone else. If you stay clean and get some legitimate vouches, then I'll consider supporting your next dispute.
