Why don't we have 2 -3 lists? It's kind of unfair to make 1 overall when the following factors are heavy variables:

Hard to narrow it down to ten, but there are a few people I trust with just about everything.

Both dorian king and jethr0x have had thousands of dollars in mills/accounts/my computer at their fingertips when they remote assisted me so they're probably my top.
