Explanation of the trade: I ordered 77 attack/defence to 99/99 + completion of the remainder of b gloves for a total of 107.2m on the 14th of May.
How they scammed:
So sequence of what happened:
1) I ordered the above service for a total of 107.2m OSRS which was paid in advance (14/05/2021).
2) Timeframe provided was 'roughly 3 weeks' and HAND TRAINED with screenshots and updates.
3) He started off with very low (like 60k ish /h and I found out that he was entering the nightmare with 'easy' mode because 'squishier mobs, so faster xp'...)
4) I corrected him and told him to use customizable hard - rumble for better xp/h and he again gave excuses that he was 'dying too much because hes not 100% focused'...
5) He was progressing so slow and was not providing updates as agreed and was not even responding to messages on discord while logged into the account because he 'does not check his phone often'.
6) When I realised he progressed like 2-3 levels in few days (again very slow...), he said 'his cousin' which 'lives in his house' did 'not send him a screenshot' but was playing on the acc. and did not take a screenshot, so I called him out that runelite takes screenshots (and he said he is aware that runelite does this) and that i would not be fine with his 'cousin' playing on my account if he does not take screenshots.
7) I then asked again a couple days later of a full screenshot because he only sent a screenshot of the stats and he said 'so specific'...
8) I called him out for '3 weeks' and he was not even close to 99 attack yet and this triggered me, and he responded '3 weeks of GAME play' and he sent me 'rule 4' of his TOS :x
9) He said 'by adding me you automatically agree to my TOS' but that is NOT stated anywhere on his thread or his signature or even his TOS lol. I also never entered his discord server and all this communication was done through DM's from start to end.
10) To conclude, he has sent me 5 screenshots in 20 days, thrown a tonne of bullshit about his TOS rule (4) which was never even in the picture from the start, taking for ever (not even half the service is completed within the given timeframe) and it turns out that he used OpenOSRS which was never mentioned and raises many flags since you can see he panicked and denied the use of any clients besides runelite but send me a screenshot of my account settings saved on the bottom right of the screenshot?... (03/06/2021)
11) You can see he 'panics' or gets nervous since he offered a 75m refund for completion of 'almost half' the job and for me 'to go away'.

@BMServicesRS whats going on here?

 

I was negligent in letting customer know of my tos and that i have workers who work on the accounts and not myself. I apologized and offered a refund which i gave him earlier today, He's rude (which i understand as I mentioned I was negligent) but i wish to no longer do business with him.

4) If I do happen to play on the accounts i go the more afk methods so i can focus on the services i received prior to his. I gave the account to a worker when they got freed up and they can focus more and get the better xp rates.

5) I wasn't around discord at the time and it was a worker which they don't talk to customers personally

6) He was here for only a short while due to personal matters with family I only said I was aware runelite took screenshots and that I didn't have access to them at the time he was asking as seperate pcs

7) I have no issues sending screenies, as mentioned above i don't have instant access to screenshots so I use what I have on hand

9) I been meaning to add this to my service threads just to clarify for people like this but I miss spoke and I apologize for this wholeheartedly

10) I have minimal screenshots of anything on openosrs and if any it was all the lower levels during the start of the service

11) You're just rude and I don't want to deal with it anymore.

 

I'm being rude by asking for updates as agreed? I'm being rude by having you tell me 'approximately 3 weeks' and then surprise me with '3 weeks of game play'? I'm being rude by having you tell me 'by adding me, you agreed to my tos'? I'm being rude by having you tell me 'my cousin worked on my account'? I'm being rude by having you lie that you didn't use OpenOSRS but now you're saying that you used it for the lower levels? I'm being rude by having you send me '5' screenshots in 20 days? I'm being rude by you mocking me 'at least you got b gloves' in these 20 days?
You want me to continue the list? If it was 1 or 2 things I would have not been so disappointed. You fail to communicate, you come up with many excuses which is VERY unprofessional and then state things which aren't even the case (like your TOS) and I can predict that staff will not take this lightly with just an 'apology'.

 

Also, now your 'cousin' is your worker?

 

what's wrong with employing family? and it was only temporary, plus i have more than just him working on accs with me

• When estimating time, it's always assumed you're saying human time and not video game time lol
• "by adding me you automatically agree to my TOS" will NEVER be upheld in Sythe
• Don't promise your customer screenshots if you are unable to provide them
