WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANS, MUTES, OR ACTIONS WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. EVERYTHING IS DONE BY HAND. JAGEX HAS FULL RIGHTS TO DO WHAT THEY WILL TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF THEY DEEM ILLEGITIMATE PLAY.

1 - You will provide all the items required to complete the service unless it is agreed upon before the service is started.

2 - Payments for the service will be made before the service starts unless you're deemed more trustworthy

3 - If you decide to cancel your order, you will not be refunded.

4 - Please note all timeframes given are based of in-game playtime and not real life time as playtime may vary.

5 - All orders must go through me and only me any service done otherwise are out of my liability.

6 - Please remove all unnecessary wealth on the account before you hand any information over, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS.

7 - You are not allowed to login to your account while service is in progress unless previously agreed upon, doing so will void the service and you will not recieve a refund.
