Selling this account for cheap asking only $20 because it is in negative membs about 2 months to be exact, the pin seller apparently either scammed the pins or he never payed his phone bill.

Cannot, because the account is disabled because the membership is in negative days. If you buy 2 months of membership via paypal you spend around $15 + the $20 for the account itself, you get the account for a grand total of $35 not a bad deal.
