    So I'm having a little issue with player auctions.

    I had an order awhile back that I could not deliver in time and I had to refund the order. So I had/have a balance of $16.80. On the player auctions website it says to pay the fee using skrill send the payment to [email protected] which comes out to Titan Global Limited.

    I paid the fee over 2 weeks ago and player auctions is saying they did not receive the fee. I've given them the transaction ID, email and everything that I received from Skrill and they cannot find my payment.

    Skrill cannot do anything about it because it was sent to a valid account and PA is saying they cannot do anything because they did not receive the payment.

    I don't think anything malicious is going on maybe they just need to double check the payment method or something of that nature?

    Hi @Blue Sentinel. Sorry for the concern this is causing. You're right, I checked ticket 689341 and our finance team said it wasn't received. It's possible the payment bounced back to you; please double-check. I will check again with our finance team to make sure. Really sorry for the hold on your offers during this time; I'll do what I can to try sorting this out ASAP.

    Sold an account on PA. Needed to change phone number to withdraw. Sent in my ID/ID by Face/A bill in my name as asked. All information on these were clearly visible. Waited days and didn't get a response. Then was told that I need to send more photos because they couldn't read the information. It was easily readable. Then was told I needed to send a PDF file of my bill, which my bill does not come in. 172$ stuck in available balance. Asked if I could change balance for coupons so I could at least withdraw that way and was asked to confirm. After confirming twice it has been 3 days and still no reply.

    Player Auction is the world's WORST gold selling website. I bought around 200m and they asked for my ID picture, ID selfie, card picutre, and bank picture. I sent them all. It took them 4 HOURS! To reply with, oh you should take your selfie with your rear camera. DUDE, FRONT CAMERA IS MADE SO WE CAN TAKE SELFIES. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO TAKE A PICTURE WITH MY REAR CAMERA AND EXPECT IT TO LOOK GOOD? All the info is visible and readable, why do you need it to be in 4k quality? I can literally farm 200m in osrs in 4 hrs. Your system is terrible. If I cancel the order and ask for a refund, it will take 3-7 business days until it arrives to my bank account.

    NEVER USE PLAYER AUCTIONS! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD PRICES! They probably scam people this way keep their money!

    Look at this similar reviews... Clearly something is wrong with them. They are so sus! they don't deserve to be in this forum!!

But now I have to do a payment verification every single time, and even though I've sent clear photos it's still considered blurry, when it isn't, it's really *Insert Swears* annoying and I'm not going through sending 20+ emails to get it sorted, will just go elsewhere. I gave copys of my military ID , My passport (expired), my current state Conceal Carry Identification, pictures of myself holding and infront of my paypal screen. Do not be taken in by their lies.

    I’ve been waiting 24 hours for my payment to be verified.. Why??! I’ve sent them my ID and selfies multiple times and still no response. Like can someone just approve my payment so I can move on with my life already..



    UPDATE: I canceled my order this morning and still haven’t gotten my refund.. when it got cancelled the first time I got it back in my bank right away why now is my money not there??

    My $9,000 account order was a pain in the ass. I didn't know crypto payments was subject for verification when their website and generic emails were contradicting. The customer rep seem to be robots and give unhumanlike answers. They asked me to take a picture of my face with my 35'' monitor showing the crypto payment frontal view. Thats near impossible because the camera angle and lighting doesnt work and its pretty tricky to take the picture. I tried taking 10 different pictures and all were rejected so I cancelled my order out of frustration.

    UPDATE in response:
    What do you mean safety measures? you have the crypto payment on your side already. why do you even need to verify more? its not like I could take back the crypto after I transferred it to you.

    Support is the worst, and they charge extra fees My issue was with verification they asked for a copy of my Id, a selfie of me holding my Id, a photo of my bank card and a screenshot of my bank transaction page which I did not feel comfortable giving them at all But I want to make the purchase so I gave It. This was not my 1st time ordering from playerauctions this would have been my 9th time and have never had an issue before with payment, So for them to request this much information just to verify who I am seemed a little absurd Even though I handed over everything they asked for I was told they were not accepted. Just seemed to me they did not care about me as a customer so I no longer am one

    Avoid these guys if possible. Their compliance process is a farce. Bought my product 4 hours ago have sent them multiple pictures to confirm identity and still they are disputing asking for more pics. Not sure if their compliance process is GDPR compliant likely legal issues as well. Use another service if possible.

    Horrible experience I had this account for many years now and now they decide to do an authentication on my account so i send them all the info and they just keep rejecting everything so I have given them an hour to get this sorted It literally has been 12 hours and I am tired of waiting, I also provided a small video to prove that I am who i say I am!

    To the person who replied back, I did send both copies of my receipt the original one for the first order and then the second one maybe one day i go back to playerauctions but probably not horrible service!!!

    One of the attendees on the website are a completely incompetent worker, I sent in all the required identification information needed to verify who I am and I got a run around pretty much an f you by them, I sent my ID and Bank Card as per site requirements and Even a Selfie with my ID and Bank Card (Clear Picture) by the way and everything i sent still wasn't enough. Compliance "experts" on this website are a joke honestly. What else do you need? Bank Card (clear picture), ID (clear picture) and even a Selfie with both (Clear in the picture not to mention my Face the Same one in the Identification Card) and still nothing, get a better tech team and or compliance team...

I still did not hear back or have my orders completed in 20 minutes like they state which is annoying as I needed my coins within the time I ordered them for!

    cannot contact them immediately via live chat so I have to wait for a reply which takes ages!

    wouldn't recommend as it's so hard to do and you have to wait couple of days until everything is set up. do not believe the 20 minute time scale! that is not true!

    I spoke to a customer representative called "Kellvin". He did not read one of my e-mails seriously and just replied back with automated e-mail replies (and no, it was not a robot, he just refused to give me service).
    I placed an order today and they wanted me to verify myself with another passport photo and a document with my name on it for the third time. I've done this twice already, so i asked him to cancel it. He refused to do that and still refuses to do it and tells me to cancel it myself so i have to wait 7 business days for the funds to get back to my account, when he could just cancel it in his system and my held payment would be instantly back on my bank account.
    I'm done using Playerauctions, they have no intention of giving good customer service, and there's plenty other suppliers out there that provide way better service than they to.

    That bot is BROKEN STAY AWAY won't verify documentation then another bot or person came in with a different name. I resent all the documentations to the new one and finally verified it. Beware Maebelle VERY STUPID 2 days of sending proof......

    Total bs, forces you to take selfies with your credit card and, identity card, but, if the pictures isn't nice enough, you'll have to do it again, or, and i quote the customer support "If you don't want to continue feel free to cancel your order", which is the corporate way of saying "If you aren't happy, go F yourself".
    Just, don't even try, except if you're a gambler, because, if a seller want your money, and, for some unknown reason you decide to use their crypto currency option to by-pass all this bs, you'll either get what you want, if the moons align or, get F.
    Why? Because this option have litteraly no customer protection.
    If you think it's too hot, go on this website, it's quite shady there.
    And, if you think it's only because some people didn't have luck with this website, no, it's been a few years since people say that this website is quite shady, but, the only website where people won't complain is, on their blog, quite peculiar.
    And apparently, they need perfect your selfies with your id to be perfect despite needing you to hide part of it.
    So, if you have doubts, just don't order.
    Also, After some digging Guess what, if you don't want to go through this all this, they'll simply tell you "We have a cryto currency option" so, for those who didn't understood, they made the process really tedious just to push you to use this payment method.

    They had me verify twice and they require so much detail like your ID, a picture of you, your credit card photo. And they're so nitpicky "Send us a clearer photo!" "Do it again" How about you give me my account. Use a different site, it's faster, and you don't need this fake security.

    Extremely suspicious company

    Its also very important to note how I've received this Twice. I have already verified myself once, but playerauctions has proved this is a constant occurrence if you'd want to make a purchase.

    i would have continued using this site however after already verifying my payment method i couldnt buy anything else because they kept asking me to verify and after sending them 12 pics of me my id me holding my id and my card they kept asking me to resend the pics. it should not be this difficult to make a purchase this site is trash so i found somewhere else to buy stuff that actually respond to their customers and not just send a copy pasta script! My advise stear clear of this place its trash!


    Edit: And now they send me a reply telling me that the pics that were taken in 1080p weren't clear enough haha no your support team including the idiot who replied are incompetent morons!

    yes , i was also baned by player auction today while some scam buyers used cheats on accounts got it baned and opened disputes on me.i was even replacing account to them still player auction baned my account

    Order ID7397826 is cheat user and the proof is all in messages where he accepted that he used tools and spoofers on last accounts whichw ere baned.he also opened dispute on me.Because of these people i was baned where it was not my fault.

    @everyone please be very carefull with player auction as a seller. i had more then $8k in my account as balance and reserve and all of a suddenty my account was blocked and i had 100% positive feedbacks.account blocked and they kept my money too.

    i know Richard you cannot do anything because you are a low level support guy but still thanks for you help and it was good experience with you.only one dispute is open for which i posted solid proofs that buyer is a cheat user other then that i dont see any reason why PA hold my money.

    Richard , i want to know if i have to take account back for which i did not got money ? those buyers who opened disputes already got refund and there is no dispute opened but i have more then $6000 stucked in my account.I have only one option to contact activison and take all those accounts back for which buyers paid and got the account details and even gave me feedbacks but palyer auction hold the money.i dont want to do this but from where shall i pay my employees who grinded accounts for me ? please tell what shall i do ?

    Richard , i did not do anything wrong.on 13-14th May there was a mass ban wave and all cheaters got baned.13-14 buyers opened disputes because they got baned some bought accounts in march from me.i have nothing to do with developer ban.please check my order which were sold on and after 13th May they even gave me good feedbacks and no ban reported means that i am not doing anything wrong but the thsoe who were baned did used cheats.not a single account was revoked all who opened disputes said account was baned.i sold many accounts since march 2021 and only 13-14 buyers got baned if i used something then all buyers should have baned not 13.my employees are theatning me because i cannot pay them because my money is taken by PA.

    hello @PlayerAuctions i would like to say that i face the same problem i sell osrs accounts at PA and after the customers use the account for RWT they receive ban and they open dispute against me this is not fair i also mentioned that i'm not responsible for any ban related to customers use i hope playerauction take decision about this case because this not fair for the sellers how do i know this ban not from our side its very simple because i have too many accounts llisted on the website and i check them and i found them all work
