    Initially reported him for having 2 threads in one section, which is forbidden, no matter if you have multiple accounts:

    Reported him after for not having a home IP, as that's why The Mage Rs has a TWC:

    So if they are different people and he has posted from a home IP, then why is The Mage Rs TWC'ed?
    One great way to explain yourself out of this one is 'He got TWC'ed for no home IP, posted from a home IP initially but didn't dispute it', but in that case you could just remove his TWC.

    Basically anyone could see that those are the same users though, and even if they are not, you're liable for your own home IP and I highly doubt Merlin has proved by identification that he's a different human being than The Mage Rs.
