JustaBox Disputing Fake vouches ban

Hello, my sythe is JustaBox and I was just banned.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I had just made a sythe account because I did not have one before and I was getting into account selling and trading. I created a new account and asked a few of my customers to vouch for me. Did not read the rules on what I needed to post for vouches and paid the price with a ban. I think the ban should be lifted because they are not fake and I have screen shots to show the trade went through.

To the response of "please post on a home ip" I am on my home ip. I've always been using my home ip. I live in an area with no services outside of mobile Hotspot. this ip you have is my ip I use. It's my home ip.
