    I got banned from the other topi but now i have proof they dont change passes every session. After 3h were extended i was still able to acces the account thats how i lost my 188m last time id love to get my money back..

    Hey Cell!

    I dont quite understand your problem..? Password was changed before you entered account and yes account password not changed instantly after your timer ended. Account passwords are getting resseted before they are getting rented, thats why u had access to the account even a few hours later sometimes we instantly resset password and rent it to another person, but sometimes like yesterday it can be a slow business day and not a lot customer we get accounts waiting for customers, wich makes this time gap few hours before next customer, if there were customer waiting for an account when u rental ended then the password would been changed instantly and given to next player.

    @WalsuGold why is the person in the live chat claiming that the password is changed every 2 sessions if not renting to a newcomer?

    This means if the same customer wishes to extend their time when timer runs out of time we do not deem it necessary to change the password for him since it same user. only if newcomer = New person wish to rental.

    Renter 1 comes and asks us 1 hour rental,
    We reset account for him and prepare an account for him

    example act:
    Hour passes and renter 1 pings live chat and tell he wishes to extend on account for another hour at this point we just add time to their rental URL and not change the password.
    another hour passes and renter 1 calls it for staking session. Renter 2 pings live chat for rental we collect money tell the customer to give a moment we prepare account for him ( reset password and check ). Repeat

    There is proof on the last report you made that the password was changed before your session started: Walsugold rental. You also shouldn't be attempting to log into rentals after your purchased time has expired.

    There also isn't really solid proof that @WalsuGold isn't changing the passwords for every new customer, not to mention there'd likely be many more reports on them if this was the case.

    As a reminder: We highly recommend recording yourself during rentals.
