Explanation of the trade:

User contacted me on Discord and offered to train a F2P Pure for me from scratch. I decided to give him a chance (March 13th). The ending stats would be 40 attack, 90 strength, 90 ranged. It would cost 65M 07 and it would take 40 days to complete. I would cover the cost of supplies. Before we started we agreed on these terms:

How they scammed:

I provided him a fresh level 3 account with 3 bonds activated on it and 7m cash for supplies. He started training my account on March 13th. On March 14th I checked the progress and I noticed he already ruined the account by getting 44 attack (I had to figure this out myself he didn't tell me this)

I decided to give him another chance and made a new level 3 account for him to train, and he would refund the supplies if any mistakes happened, like we agreed on. Instead he tried to make me pay for membership again.

So he restarted the account on March 15th. The progress was coming in slow but there was progress being made and as long as he completed the account within 40 days like we agreed on I was fine with it.

In the beginning of April there was almost no progress being made and I asked him what's up. He started to come with multiple excuses like his laptop is damaged and he was ill.

April 24th - The account is only at 87 strength and he hasn't logged in/trained the account for 11 days now, I checked the account, it's not members and it said 11 days since last login. He tells me that day he will continue training again.

April 25th (today) - I wake up checking the account and it's still not members and I decide to give him untill the end of today to continue training the account or I would report him on Sythe. He tells me he will start in another 1-2 days and after being so patient with him I decide to report him now

I have been so patient with this person. Initially I gave him untill the end of today to continue on the account but after his replies I had no faith that he would continue the account.

This person is not even close to being competent enough to provide services to other people. During the timeframe I dealt with him and he was training my account he kept spamming me and tried to pursue me into paying part of the order up front. He also kept spamming me if I wanted to buy his accounts even though I told him I don't buy premade accounts multiple times:

I would like to be compensated for the 3 bonds and 7m supplies I provided to train the account. I am obviously no longer interested in working with this individual.
