Explanation of the trade: This report is more of a "i found new evidence " report following two reports back in January. resolved & resolved
How they scammed: Montoya18 aka SandKing out-sourced a job from PartyHacks server into his own server " Montoyas Services " to one of his workers Magoo ( doubting ) who in return drop traded the items from @finishmykcboss ironman account over to his own personal account. Now in the original 2 reports from @DaleTheWhale and @finishmykcboss this was never once mentioned by Montoya or PartyHacks. So i doubt this was ever mentioned at all to the customers, PartyHacks never knew and Montoya was hiding it.

Now unfortunately i am unable to provide sound evidence that the same thing happened to Dale's account but i have Montoya admitting that his worker Magoo stole the items from Finish back in January when it originally took place.

I would like to also formally apologize to Dale and Finish aka Daisies for not coming forward sooner with this information but i simply just did not understand everything at the time.

After the scams took place i saw both Dale and Finish in a mutual server where a very very generous service provider offered them a donation to help reclaim their items back that where scammed and had eventually become good friends with FinishmyKC, in an attempt to help mend the relationship with Montoya and Finishmykc i vouched for Montoya ( Which i completely take back after understanding all this more clearly ) and helped aid in a fairly big order between the two users.
After roughly a month i started getting more and more familiar with Sythe and the rules and how services work more in depth as it interests me a great great deal.
After realizing what exactly took place all those months ago i suggested to Finish to refund his order as there is no guarantee it is actually Montoya doing it as he promised.
Montoya acted in such a way that truly showed his true colors and i had no question in my mind he is as fake as they come.

After a great great great effort on mine and PartyHacks ends, FinishmyKC was refunded ( by PartyHacks which i would like to add ) the full remaining value of the rest of his order ( 745m )
Where i drew a line was during the "negotiating" to get Finish's refund back they asked that we wipe and ignore the items that they never got back for Daisies to make things "even" in what felt like an attempt at extorsion quoting " Montoya could just take the DNT make a new account and donate with the refund money "

Where i stand on this matter?
Well luckily through a great deal of effort Finish was refunded the 745m for the remaining order he had with Montoya18, but there has been absolutely no resolution for the items that where stolen from his ironman account by one of his own workers, in his own server which he fully admits to.

Personally Sythe Mods, i don't feel PartyHacks is responsible for those missing items even though it took place in his server. I feel like Montoya took the jobs him self and then chose to out source the work like he has done many times in the past. Therefore holding him responsible for the full value of;
1. Dragon Warhammer on an Ironman
2. Primordial Boots on an Ironman
3. Necklace of Anguish on an Ironman
Now i understand this may not take place the way i personally feel but i wanted it noted.

Since reaching out to Montoya18 on these missing items, which Finish has clearly said he would like the DWH to be replaced through another server and the $$ value of the primordials and anguish traded to him, whichever that value may be. As the generosity of the donation from another server got him his anguish back and he was able to get his primordials back him self.

Now i have a theory which i can not prove but a month before the scam occured one of Montoya's workers who was doing an order for me reached out and asked for $450.00 to help them move as they where in a bit of trouble, in any way am i posting this information to put them down as their struggles truly breaks my heart but i felt it was fairly relevant as a reason to scam as it is very very easy to make discord accounts.

I can provide the entire group conversation saved, which is a lot of images i would like to add so if a mod requires more than i am going to post than by all means let me know.

The last screenshot is not a bash at PartyHacks as in all honesty if not for him Finish would never have been refunded the 745m but at the minimum it is acknowledgment of the items that where never returned to Daisies and their attempt to expunge them in a refund for a separate order.
At this moment in time i've reached out to Montoya to refund Finish for the items and he has relayed back to me he has no desire or interest too, only that i am here to f*** him....whatever that means.

SandKing is Montoya18 on Discord.

He is a manager in PartyHacks aka @StartYourIronman server and also a worker from time to time.

He took the order for FinishmyKC that was originally posted in PartyHacks own server and brought it to his own ( as he has with many other orders ) for one of his workers to take and Montoya can collect %20 of the price after PartyHacks server has taken their %30.
His own worker Magoo took the job and scammed the account.

Yes, I brought this up on behalf of FinishMyKC.
I was asked to by him to get this resolved since neither party has done anything to resolve it months after the report was made.
They tried to make it go away when he asked for a refund for an on going service.

I also reported the decision and provided the same screenshots in this report as that’s what I was told to do by a mod.
Your response I believe was file a new report, that’s what this report is.

 

Well, I only marked it as resolved because we had an agreement in place to get my items back. However, I never got any back.

 

Just to add more context to this Pirate, I met Finish in a mutual server we had in common.
The server donated him some credit for services and we became rather good friends, once I began to understand Sythe more and services more it dawned on me Magoo was never mentioned in the original report for Josh or Finish.
If the work stayed in Startyourironmans server the chances of the scam would have been significantly lower as Montoya wouldn’t be out sourcing the work.

February.2nd report is still on going with no resolution. Daisies posts he got his primordials back him self.

February.10th Daisies posts his own report because nothing has been dealt with or done in regards to getting his items refunded.

February.11th - Daisies got his zenyte back by another service.
Party never wanted to pay for it and I quote “ if someone came in asking for that I’d have hit the jackpot “ Daisies didn’t trust him enough to let him back on the account. Shortly after the zenyte he received a Sythe of Vitur on the Ironman paying for a TOB service with the donation money he received from another service for getting scammed by Montoya and Party.


I got a ton of respect for you Pirate as I read many of your rulings. You’re generally straight to the point.
The fact is unless Daisies allowed partyhacks workers on the account I don’t feel like Party would ever have refunded him.
Then to find out later the scam occurred because Montoya let a worker with no affiliation or deposit work on the account is insulting and at minimum a bad trading practice as he continues to do this on 2 separate accounts that came from StartYourIronman’s server.

 

To no surprise @StartYourIronman feels the need to ignore the fact his own staff out-sources work and rather than talk, chooses to block the problem.

Bro you went from snivelling over voice chat about your dead fish to being smug and funny, like trying to extort Daisies for the missing items in a refund because your entire operations get exposed.
Make sure you tell the other two customers he outsourced their accounts weren’t secure.

The original agreement went to shaman kills cause you’re a snake with no control over your workers. That’s why another reputable service stepped up and donated to these two you got scammed.

It’s no coincidence your 2 workers Montoya18 and Cesar went from begging me for $450.00 to scamming a month later because they where in trouble.
Coincidence they both work for you, live together, Montoya had access to Daisies account.
Cesar had access to Josh’s account.

Then you go and say you’re just going to close your server and it makes more sense for Montoya to take a DNT and scam the 745m refund to evade on a new account and use the refund to donate again ?
