What happen to the RS Economy ?

The new 26k trick is just bringing more pure GP into the game and now more people can afford the items they have always wanted, so it causes an inflation.

I've got a red and white partyhat and 3 santas so I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the profits

 

Since Jagex developed the new pking system, it enables users to create a whole new way of making money; through pking. So I guess it effected the "RS economy" by adding new ways of making money. Also the trade limit was basically the whole thing that ruined merching anyways.

 

QFT. There's nothing wrong with it, just going through its cycles and effects from updates. Honestly, I like price rises - more power to PVErs like myself.

 

cuz of the new bounty and prices are going up cuz of the demand. The merch clan that im in atm is merching rune knifes so those are gonna reach 4k each by the time we r done w/ them =D

 

also merchanters.
if they bought 100 g maulers for 120k and they are now 220k they just made 10m easy.

 

Quite simply, it's being repaired. Overdropped items in PvP are now being reduced thanks to the new sigil drops, so supply has gone down, forcing price up. I think it's a wise move...13m DFS's seemed very inadequate.

 

Because of mauls price my pure has 31 prayer now!

Newb merchant clans that had 500mil+ before the updates. PvP has a factor and Jagex in general runs it.

 

Agreed, they should go back to 100k lol.

 

Some items like whips and mauls should have higher prices because most people don't have the slayer level required to kill the monsters that drop them. But some items are over priced like bandos, it goes up everyday yet there are more of chestplates/tassets everyday.

 

I love it, Bandos has been crashing so i bought tassets lowest for 12.9M, then 4 hours later it sold for 13.6M, no effort at all and made 700K, gonna carry on until it doesnt work anymore.^^

 

That's the same thing that's happened before, except in came in the form of Poisoned bolts and shit, except now they're giving us loot that's not junk.

 

pking. and i think rwt had an affect on it.

 

Jagex needs to understand they cant stop us. They just need to give us our freedom.

 

Bounty hunter is back, therefore more PKing, therefore more PK Gear, therefore prices up.

 

Merch clans ruin everything.. It doesn't effect them because they are making money.

 

basicaly its coz of merchanting clans.... they make prices skyrocket....

 

Not just the PK gears, but merch clans fuck up everything and now with adding the item buying limit (Ex: u can only buy 100 rune scimy) makes merch clans merch more valuable items, so they can buy 100-200, like whips, fury, gs and so on....

 

It's the new stupid PvP, and the decline of botting. First I bought my gmaul for 60k in 2007, then it was 30k in 08, and it's like 250k now >_>
