    Hey Richard, I had a look at Neteller and it has the same issues as Skrill does. What was "accepting" of Payoneer, before it's removal from PlayerAuctions, was their ability to give out a bank card attached to your balance which could be used to pay suppliers through PayPal or any other method which was accepting of cards. This is because of how limited Australians are, thus been the best method of circulating money from all the disbursement options given at PlayerAuctions. But with Skrill, there is no such option. With Neteller, the option is there but only for Europeans.

    I humbly request you reinstate Payoneer, or add a similar service/disbursement method that offers a card attached to your balance where Australians have access to.

    The removal of Payoneer has caused complete chaos for me and mine. The fee's to get money to where it needs to be is astronomical, and that's not including the fee's taken from PlayerAuctions. With Payoneer, it was at least somewhat acceptable.

    Can you please let me know (through PM if need be) the future plans of added disbursement methods?

    Hello Al. I'm sorry to hear about this and I was unaware that Neteller only allows the payable/usable wallet for European countries only (for Skrill, I was already informed way back that they really don't have anything like it).

    I'm afraid we can no longer reinstate Payoneer because it was their policy/choice to no longer support our business model. It doesn't have anything to do with PlayerAuctions directly, but with the purchase type as they've decided to end their support for digital escrow purchases — whether this is temporary or lasting remains to be known, I'm afraid. I apologize for the hassle this is causing.

    My only recourse here for you is to re-check the current disbursement options again and see which would be best for you at the moment.

    i will tell you what to do.Make a account on transferwise and veriy it.They will give you US account for free which you add ACH method for disbursements on player auctions.player auction will send your money to that US account which u will get from trasnferwise and PA will charge $.50 for it.from Transferwise you can the directly send that money to your australina bank account and they charge like $5.This makes transferwise cheaper then payoneer.

    one of my buyers @agedwealth tried to buy from playerauctions and his payment failed and he got charged .
    his playerauctions name is : rodneylhunter
    his orders id were : 7383147 , 7383143 , 7383138 , 7383130
    @PlayerAuctions can you please explain what the issue exactly is

    Certainly. Please include the order ID/s involved with this so we can check. Kindly note that all declined payments are automatically voided; the refund process is completed in 2-5 business days and this processing time is with payment providers, not PlayerAuctions.

    Your buyer's account details are mismatched between the PA and payment accounts so we can't accept the payment due to potential fraud. For security reasons, information (names and addresses) should fully match.

    I think PlayerAuctions kind of messed up. Same offer was bought by two different buyers. One order went through. Another is still stuck in verification. Please check order ID: 7410830 and 7410614

    ID: 7410830 probably needs to be cancelled.

    Hi Neo. Sorry for the concern with this. Both orders ended up being placed and the offer unavailable trigger didn't happen because we never received the funds for either. Both orders were already canceled by the buyer as per checking.

    Hello, I have a question about disbursements.
    I sold an item on playerauctions.com, I clicked on ''free 30 day insurance'' which I understand as playerauctions.com holds your money for roughly a month before it becomes available to withdraw, no issue with that that was my choice.
    Let's say I've noticed an item for sale on your site and want to purchase it.
    Can I purchase it right now as I do have enough on Reserve or do I have to wait till money from Reserve status becomes Available to Withdraw and only then purchase something?

    Hello, Elenvelie. Even if the funds are already available for withdrawable, you still won't be able to use it directly to purchase anything at PlayerAuctions — you can, but you have to make a request first to convert the earnings to coupon by emailing [email protected]. This is a security precaution so if your account is accessed, it cannot be used by unauthorized users to deplete your funds.

    Only if the funds are already available will you be able to make a request for the coupon. If you want this later on, proceed with the steps above and kindly give me the ticket number so I can request this on your behalf.

    hi @PlayerAuctions, I have been trying to change my disbursement from payoneer to Skrill for a few days now. A few months ago, I changed my mobile number on my account and jumped through all the hoops you needed - but when I come to change my disbursement method, my old phone number remains (but in my profile it has my new number). I have been trying to get it changed via zendesk support and, once again, I have done all the things they need, but they haven't updated it. Please can you help me with this.     Hello I've used PA since 2013.

    I've ran into my first issue with a WoW account being reclaimed.

    This account was advertised as the original owner and after 3 months it has been reclaimed.

    How do I best provide proof of it being reclaimed? I do not have his ID to make a ticket but that could easily be done on your side or even his side. I have full access to the email it was changed to on the purchase date. There was no confirmation of an email change so it was 100% just recovered via Blizzards customer service.

    I could always just make a ticket with a fake photo and see if Blizzard will respond with additional proof but with ID you already have from the account holder that would be easiest. Please let me know if additional proof or work is needed on my side.

    Hi @1Botnet. I'm sorry to hear this.

    Blizzard always sends out an email if the email address was changed. We cannot provide an ID since PlayerAuctions never receives recovery information for an account; it has to be between the buyer and seller, and we only listen to your confirmation (as a buyer) if everything is ok or not during the inspection phase.

    Since you are already in a dispute, please send any and all screenshots that you can. If you can record a video where you are trying to login to the account and it shows you a specific message, that would also help. You may upload the video to YouTube and set the video to viewable only to people with the link, and include the link in the dispute.

    Please note that while you are absolutely free to discuss your case here, disputes are out of my control and decision ability, this will have to be settled on the dispute thread.

    That's pretty shocking to me. So even when buying insurance or if the seller is stating their the original owner of the account PA doesn't verify the sellers ID?

    Blizzard wants an ID for you even to make a ticket for a lost / recovered / stolen account. Since the seller is claiming his is the original owner of the account will PA force his hand to provide that ID or at the very least recover the account back to the email I provided upon purchase?


    I have provided the email from Blizzard stating the account was moved to a new email / username. A video of me attempting to login will just show the email doesn't exist any more which is what the email already covers. I can make a video but I feel it would be over be just double dipping.

    If the owner won't provide the ID or recover the account the last option is to submit my ID and say I bought the account and ask if it was recovered by the owner. And then pray that they ignore that it was against the terms of service and just answer my question of was it recovered the the original owner. But I assume that they would ban the account if I provided proof of payment etc.
