Disputing denied pardon

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to DNT: Simply was scammed nearly $300 and attmepted to retrieve my funds back

Firstly, I would like for ONLY admins to be apart of the decision for the removal of my DNT rank.

I do not think it is fair that my dispute for DNT removal was denied as seen here - Already unbanned, disputing / requesting removal of dnt

There is several factors to why I don't believe my DNT should be extended for an additional 3 months, but i'm going to try and keep this short.

1. My intentions were never malicious
- Yes, i contacted the family members of @lev518 , i never denied this ever.
- I did not share Lev's information nor his family's to members of Sythe.org which woudl have been malicious or ill intent towards @lev518. I simply reached out to the family members to bring light to the situation, that their family member was scamming someone online (myself)
- After I retrieved only half of what was scammed $150, when one of the family members replied to the message on messanger, I reassured them that everything was fine and lev fixed the situation.

2. This is my first ever offense on Sythe.org
- I have never scammed, doxed, or had any malicious intent towards anyone here on Sythe
- Lev was from Sythe, did he contact me initially through sythe? no he was in my discord server
- Lev and myself did many many transaction, i would say around 30+? of those 30+ he had only vouched in the beginning a handful of times. He was not an active sythe member, and again i understand he was on sythe, but that's not how i was contacted or that's the platform we used to trade

3. I've never been a threat to the community, so there is no reason to feel "uncomfortable" as stated from a moderator that decided no on my pardon.
- Where have I ever did ANYTHING malicious to anyone, blackhat, scammed, or tried to leverage my business off attacking direct competition. None, never, and nowhere is the answer to that question

4. My time on Sythe.org, has been dedicated to helping the site grow and helping the community
- I was asked to join CDT (yes i applied before and was denied, but was asked when pikachu was stepping down, and once my app was in it was accepted within 5 minutes)
- I was asked to join to be a bondholder (Tysimpson asked me if i wanted to be a bondholder after my application was submitted 6 months prior)
- I've aided in THOUSANDS of dollars in anti scams giving victims another chance at this market
^ this directly hurts my business because it puts my name out there negatively in the community, but i do/did it for the opportunity that the victim will recoup some of their finances back, and become a safer trader

I was served a 1 month ban, and than a very unfair extension of 1 month because there was suspicion that @Assassin was NOT the owner of Rspures.com which was and is complely false
We just did not have the "correct" documentation because during the early weeks of january 2 of our 3k+ member servers were banned + our personal discord accounts being banned losing an aggrivating amount of information.
I didn't reallyy rebuttal this extension ban, but it really was unfair because there was no evidence that I was the ower as-well as the business is not an LLC there does not need to be documentation in writing for ownership transfership

To go from 1 month, than 1 month extension to a denied pardon = 3 months
= 5 months in total is just unfair especially first a first offense.

There should be no reason to feel uncomfortable with my acceptance back into the market, as i've been almost radio silent working IRL for the last 3 months
I did not go around spreadin rumors, false information or attacking staff/community members
