    Hey again, hope you had a good holiday/chinese new year.

    Reaching out regarding some logistics/account details for my profile - leokrubbs

    Upon payoneer being removed, I went to change my payout settings about 1 to 2 weeks ago (think closer to 2 weeks now), and the SMS verification was not working properly, and my registered phone number wasn't receiving the code.

    I submitted a ticket, however after close to 2 weeks haven't got anything back besides them telling me it's been escalated multiple times. I try to not post here for help unless it's absolutely necessary, so you're workload doesn't get too big unnecessarily, however I don't see it resolving anytime soon through the ticket option, which is understandable if it's holiday/short staffed.

    I have everything ready to go, all I need to do is switch my payout information to ACH. To do this all I need is any of the following 3 things:

    1. Ability to switch my registered phone number
    2. Get my current registered number working (it worked previously, no clue why it isn't now)
    3. Get my new deposit details put on my account manually from support, by me just sending them the details

    Either one hopefully is a super easy fix, just has been 2 weeks about so figured posting here might help.

    I will send you a direct message with some personal details regarding:
    -Account registered email
    -Account registered phone number (and what the error appears to be)
    -Open ticket number/agents handling it

    ACH transfer says $0.5 per withdrawal, why are they charging $0.5 per order?

    Hey buyer bought an acccount and started to bot with it, account got banned, and now hes trying to get a refund.

    Dispute case escalated which order id is - #118017

    Is it possible to ban the user and close a dispute on my favor ?

    Hi FreeGene. In the future, please also include the order ID since our operations changed some time ago and I can no longer access disputes. For this, please don't be obliged to accept the buyer's claim, you may dispute this back in the dispute thread and explain that the botting happened when it was already under the buyer's control. You may prove this by stating the date of purchase and when the ban happened (which is usually a few days or weeks ahead of the purchase date). Send me a PM if you need further assistance; my apologies for the late reply.

    Hey, I'm just wondering, is this issue ever going to be fixed:

    It's about your shitty iframe, specifically, used for the text box when opening new offers. When I open a new sell offer, I get the above error (which is already extremely bogus) and I can't write description into the text box. I have tried three other machines, different ips, FOUR different browsers. All up to date. It's obviously on you, so when are we going to be able to actually write description on our offers?

    You updated your entire website and yet left the most important part remain outdated? Do you even give a f?

    Hello, @Bestaround. They are aware of the issue and I've actually made several reports last year, another one earlier this year. It can't be changed at the moment because there's currently a code in there being depended on by another process, I was told. The same goes for other parts of the site that still has the same layout. I apologize about this and I know what you're going through as I've received this report countless times but it doesn't make it any less relevant, I know. The most I can do is to pester the team involved again which I will do in a few.

    disable your addblocker for player auction website.after doing so it was fixed for me.if not then try using comodo dragon browser for player auction.

    Thanks a lot for the back up assistance with the browser error, I appreciate that. Will definitely relay Transferwise as a disbursement consideration. Thank you for that, too.

    Yes, it's on a very limited time window and was not actually part of our contract with them, but instead of not using it at all, we introduced that but for a very limited time only. It was brought up with us at the very last minute so it was over quickly. It has since then been updated with the correct disbursement fee.
