Sythe's #1 "piss-me-off"...

Well I just typed a rather HUGE thread about something that doesn't even matter anymore. Anyways, it was probably the equivalent of 2 to 2.5 pages long and was well formatted and nicely written. I went to click 'Submit New Thread' and what happens? Oh 'Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Webpage." Oh well! I guess thats just 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back! So thank you, shitty servers and the stupid downtime.

Now I'm going to do something productive, like read, or cook me some lunch. Oh, sure hope the damn refrigerator doesn't stop cooling, or that the book doesn't melt. That would sure fuck my day in the ass really good.

I'm about done with the downtime. This close (...) to saying "fuck it" and leaving.

 

You know, you can always hit the back button and your text will still be there. At least it would be in Firefox.

Backspace, ctrl A, ctrl C.

Selects all of your text, copys, and pastes it.

Downtime really isn't even that bad. It could be down permanantly.

That's why whenever you post something rather large of Sythe, you always copy & paste it to notepad.

Why the hell did you type it up on sythe? If im ever going to type something up and put it up on the internet, i always do it in word first. That way i have atleast one hard copy of it.

If you're here so often, you should know that Sythe DOES go down randomly.
So don't be an idiot, and NOT do anything about it.

You should have used Opera or Firefox, as this has happened many times to me as well. Also, you should try copying and pasting stuff into Notepad before doing so, as your work will indefinately be preserved.

As for the downtime, its happened to me too, many times. You just have to deal with it, I sense you are the kind of person that doesn't have much patience.

Its not like Sythe has as much money as Google and can have their servers stable at all times. You have to deal with down time.

I always copy if I post something important just incase the server goes down by the time I click "Submit Post". And why are you using IE anyways?
