Disappointed

Have used PP service for my rs3 gold. It's been amazing service every time. But.... this time i went big and bought 1b for over $100. When i was asked to trade with the person he tried to trade me 920m in spirit shards and said that if i sold it to the general store it would be worth 1b. Which wouldn't have been the case. Then as i'm waiting again (over 10 minutes) i see the same employee trade with someone else after he told me he didn't have any gold on him. THEN ANOTHER 10 mins passes and i received my gold. I've never had any problems until this time. I've spent over $400 through this service but i think after this experience i'm taking my business elsewhere..
After everything i asked to chat with someone in charge or higher up to see if this is normal but the same person ended up chatting with me and wouldn't tell me how to talk to someone. I feel like this specific employee was tryin to take my $100 and underpay me?.. If someone who started the site could please reach out to me my email is [email protected]
If i don't hear from anyone i'm just going to take my business (all my friends who use this site also) and go somewhere who values customers who spend money to keep their business going.

 

Dude idk how to tell you this but he's right. Spirit shards are about 20 gp each on the GE but you can sell to the taverley pet shop for 25 gp each. Why is this the case? Because lazy people or people who don't know the actual value of spirit shards sell on the GE. In other words, 40m shards is in fact 1b worth of gp and you made that man's life harder for nothing.

 

Are you referring to someone within the sythe community or a site which has never been advertised through here? If you have been scammed by a member of the sythe community you should make a report immediately. Potatobotter is in fact correct Spirit Shards currently in the g.e for around 23gp ea. This is usually the occurrence from Random/Chinese RSGOLD sites advertised outside the community anybody inside usual deal with Gold. One which I used many years back outside the community were great for smaller amounts $20-60 which the trade went smoothly and took around 10mins which I kept on doing as soon as I dealt with a larger amount $300+ that is when there was an immediate problem occurred which led to obtaining information and making calls to them which caused them to release the gold.

 

Just to be clear, Sythe.org is an open market. The website itself does its best to assist with trades gone wrong. If you feel like you’ve been scammed you should open up a report on the individual.
